Suntron
The gamut is fabricated by employing modern manufacturing techniques so that there is maximum absorption of solar energy. The effective quality testing procedures as per the standard norms makes the gamut exceptionally flawless.
Solar Heater System’s working principle
To work efficiently and to transfer the heat, the solar water heating systems are supposed to utilize the performance of the high solar absorption ratio of the vacuum tubes & its low emitting ratio. The vacuum tubes generally have natural features for storing the solar energy, henceforth, till there is sunlight be it at extremely cold places it can work efficiently. This phenomenon is possible according to the thermo syphon system principle of water heating.
Technology
In the solar water heater the evacuated tubes are the absorbers of solar energy. They absorb the solar energy and then converts it into heat that is used in water heating. Solar collector utilizes the most common "Twin-Glass Tube" for this work. The evacuated tube comprises two glass tubes that are made of extremely strong borosilicate glass material. The outer tube, which is transparent allows light rays to pass via it with minimum reflection. The inner tubes are coated with selective coating (AI-Cu-Ss), that enables efficient solar absorption and less reflection. The top of both the tubes are fixed together and the air between the two layers of glass is pumped out when the tube is exposed to high temperature. This "evacuation" of the gases from the tubes forms a vacuum that is important for the better performance of the Evacuated Tubes.
